I worked for FableLabs for about two years. They’re a San Francisco-based mobile games startup. I pitched a lot of games, created a lot of content (hidden object games, a roguelike, some work on an RPG) and generally honed some narrative skills. As of this writing, none of it has been formally announced or released to the public, so I’ll just say I have some good memories and we’ll leave it at that.
Since I left, it looks like they advanced to a beta stage on at least one project. By all means, give them a try, because it’s hard out there for indie studios.
